Our Founder

Jessy Stamates founded Outpace Partners after twenty+ years with Procter & Gamble.

Throughout her career, Jessy built a reputation for maintaining a pulse on innovation and consumers' emerging wants and needs. Over the last 10 years she specialized in the intersection of brand and retail, retail innovation, and behavioral science. 

She has led strategy with more than 30 US & Canadian retailers and more than 30 brands in the US and internationally. Through these she focused on responding to the changing demands of consumers while navigating the current and future forces driving change in commerce. 

She thrives on identifying tangible business challenges, creating strategy, and translating into action that produces results. She is also known for creating clear and direct executive communication - both through presentation and in written documents. 

She currently lives near Cincinnati with her husband, kids, and dog.
